Brown Betty Teapots
We had so many customer requests to stock these teapots again that we brought in another shipment in hopes that their quality issues have been resolved. I have not found them much improved in that they seem lighter in weight, use a different colored clay, and are still variable in their performance. When these are sold out that will be the end of our selling the English Brown Betty.
We have found suitable replacements that we feel will give you a better all around experience for many years and they are listed below.

A beautiful brown glaze is on this teapot from Zero in Japan.
It positively seems to glow in the sun and the surface has a wonderful depth of color.
The larger photo shows it best with the most noticeable area around the spout
giving you an idea of what I am talking about.
Teapot is 7 1/4 inches from tip of the spout to the back of handle and the teapot is @ 5 1/4 inches high
